RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND

Please do not accept packages that are opened/seal broken at the time of delivery.

Purchased products can be returned/exchanged for a refund or merchant credit as per the policies stated below. 

Please review product specific policy and return the item to the manufacture/distributor/seller directly for return/exchange/refund.

  • Product must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging where applicable.
  • Product that is used/worn/damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned. 
  • Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the product and accepted as per the guidelines for the product. 
  • Return shipment cost to be borne by the buyer.

Unived does not offer returns/exchanges. If the customer receives a defective product - example, if a gel is leaking, or a pouch is torn, or any such event, we will replace the product.
